Pre-Order and Back-Order Items

Items that are currently out of stock but available to order will be clearly marked as "Pre-Order" or "Back-Order" on the product page.

• These items usually arrive at our warehouse within approximately one week, although supplier delays may occasionally result in longer lead times.

• If we become aware of any significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

• Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be dispatched promptly.

Please note:

• If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order/back-order items, we will hold the entire order and dispatch it once all items are available.

• If you would like in-stock items to be delivered sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order/back-order items.
