Delivery Infomation

Local Delivery
We offer Free Local Delivery on all orders over £50 within a 25-mile radius of our Dorchester store (DT1).

  • Delivery Days: Our local rounds take place every Tuesday and Wednesday, depending on your area.

  • Order Cutoff: To ensure your items are ready for the van, please place your order by 12:00 PM the day before (Monday for Tuesday deliveries, and Tuesday for Wednesday deliveries).

  • Note: We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that do not meet the location or minimum spend requirements.

National Courier Delivery
For orders outside of our 25-mile local radius, items are dispatched via a national courier.

  • Processing: Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare and dispatch your items.

  • Arrival: Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3–5 working days.

Pre-Orders
If your order contains a "Pre-Order" item, the entire order will be held and delivered together once all items are in stock. If you require in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Exclusions
Please be aware that certain products (such as particularly heavy or bulky items) may not qualify for free courier delivery, even if the order total exceeds £50. We will always contact you directly if there are any issues or delays with your order.
