  • Trade Accounts: For pre-approved business customers, we accept payment via BACS/Bank Transfer. Please ensure your invoice number is used as a reference.

  • Encryption: All online transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways.

  • Data Safety: We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers. All sensitive payment information is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors.

3. Payment Timing

  • Retail Customers: Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. Goods will not be dispatched until we have received a notification of successful payment.

  • Trade Customers: If you have an established credit account with us, payment must be made within the agreed terms stated on your invoice. We reserve the right to withhold future deliveries if account balances remain outstanding.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. If there is an issue with your payment (e.g., card declined), your order will be placed on hold, and we will contact you to resolve the matter.

5. Pricing and VAT

  • All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).

  • Retail: Prices displayed on the website include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

  • Trade: For wholesale customers, prices may be displayed or quoted exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the checkout or on your final invoice.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event of a manifest error, we will contact you to offer a refund or the option to pay the correct price.

6. Interest on Overdue Payments (Business Customers Only)

For trade accounts, we reserve the right to charge interest on any sums outstanding beyond the agreed credit terms at a rate of 1.5% per month until payment is made in full.

7. Billing Discrepancies

If you notice a discrepancy on your statement or have been charged the incorrect amount, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and rectify the situation.
