Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy is structured as follows based on product type:
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Firearms & Ammunition: All sales of firearms and ammunition are strictly final. Once a firearm is transferred to you by your local FFL, or once ammunition leaves our facility, it cannot be returned. If a firearm is found to be defective out of the box, it must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty.
Failed FFL Transfers: If a firearm shipment is returned to us because you fail a background check, do not pick up the item, or are otherwise legally unable to take possession, the order will be canceled. You will be issued a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the actual cost of return shipping.
Non-Regulated Items (Accessories, Gear, Parts): Unopened, unused non-regulated items in their original packaging may be returned within [Insert days here, e.g., 30 days] of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return for a non-regulated item, please email us at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the incorrect item).
